BARKAVIT 300 is thiamine HC1 (Vit. Bl ) it is produced fromcombining, pyrimidine with thiazole nuculeus'
THIZOLIUM:
3 [ (4 amino - 2 methyl - 5 pyrimidinyl) methyl ] - 5 - (2 - hydroxy ethyl) - 4 methyl - chloride mono hydrochloride .
COMPOSITION:
Each F.C. tablet contains : 300 mg. (VIT. Bl).
PROPERTIES:
Vit Bl plays an important role in carbohydrate metabolism. It enters krips's cycleas a co-enzyme . Its deficiency causes neuropathies (i.e. polyneuritis & beriberi).
INDICATIONS:
Rheumatogenic polyneuritis sciatica adj.Therapy in diabetes-neurogenic and rheumatogenic arthlgia beriberi (vit bl def), myocardiopathy (vit bl def.)
SIDE EFFECTS:
Very rarely cases of allergy from vit bl has been reported.
CONTRANDICATIONS:
None.
DOSAGE:
One 300mg . F.C, tablet per day or as prescribed by the physician.
