FADERIN IS ASPIRIN (ACETYL SALICYLIC ACID), A WELL KNOWN SUBSTANCE FOR ITS ANALGESIC, ANTI -INFL¬AMMATORY & ANTIPYRETIC ACTIONS .
COMPOSITION :
Each tab. contains : Aspirin lOOmg.
PROPERTIES:
FADERIN has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic actions as it inhibits prostagi andin synthesis.
INDICATIONS :
Headache , hay fever & common cold fever, rheumatic or traumatic originated muscular pain, rheumatic arthritis, toothache, dysmenorhea, and as an antiplatelet in cardiac & coronary patients.
PRECAUTIONS :
Aspirin should not be used in conjunction with anticoagulant drugs, it also increases the toxic side effects ofmethotrexate .
Caution must be used while using the product because of cardiovascular incidences specially when used for long periods and large doses. Precaution must be taken when using the product to the hypertensive patient - hyperlipidemic patient - hyperglycemic patient - heavy smokers - patients suffering of vascular peripheric disturbances must be adjusted to use the less effective dose for the least period of time.
SID& EFFECTS :
Aspirin may induce hyperacidity heartburn & gastric irritation. Also some dermatological intations has been observed - urticaria.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Gastric hyperacidity, gastric ulcer, pregnancy in the first trimester .
DOSAGES:
Infants up to 1 year 200mg daily ( maximum) From 1 - 2 years 75mg - 150mg 4 times daily (maximum) From 3-5 years 225mg - 300mg 3 times daily ( maximum) From 6-12 years 300mg 3-4 times daily ( maximum) Adults : Up to 3.6gr. daily in not less than four divided doses .
PRESENTATION:
Boxes of 30 , 500 tablets.
